Henry’s Hard Soda was created in 2016 by MillerCoors, a joint venture between SABMiller and Molson Coors. Later that year, SABMiller was purchased by Anheuser-Busch InBev, and as part of a deal to avoid antitrust issues, they sold their stake in MillerCoors to Molson Coors, who now owns Henry’s Hard Soda fully.
