Liberty Village Beverages was founded in Toronto, Ontario in 2012 by Casandra Campbell. In 2018, she sold the brand to Ace Hill, which switched the company’s focus from beer to cider. In 2021, the company expanded to become Ace Beverage Group, which was purchased two years later by Corby Spirit and Wine (the Canadian subsidiary of Pernod Ricard). In 2025, Ace Beverage sold the Ace Hill brand, along with Liberty Village, to Bench Brewing Company.
