Meier’s Creek Brewing Company was founded in Cazenovia, New York in 2020 by Feldmeier Equipment Company. The company sold the equipment for the brewery to the prior occupiers of the space, Empire Farm Brewery. However, they were never fully paid, and acquired the company’s assets (minus its intellectual property) through a bankruptcy auction. They then set up Meier’s Creek Brewery as a subsidiary to brew with the beer.
