Stem Ciders was founded in Lafayette, Colorado in 2013 by Eric Foster and Phil Kao. In 2023, they expanded the company to Wilding Brands, which included their beer brand Howdy Beer, as well as their concept restaurants Acreage and Ghost box Pizza.
