Covista Cerveza is a brand of beer produced for Aldi Supermarkets beginning in 2021 by CervecerÃa Centro Americana, based out of Guatemala City, Guatemala. However, in 2023, production was moved into the United States and taken over by “Rock Wall Brewery,” a pseudonym of High Falls Brewing Company, which is the craft beer subsidiary of Genesee Brewing. Since 2012, Genesee has been a subsidiary of Florida Ice and Farm Company, based out of Costa Rica.
