Talking Rain is a beverage company founded in 1987 in Bellevue, Washington by John Stevens and Pete Hiskin. In 1992, they introduced the Sparkling Ice seltzer brand, which is one of the most widely distributed seltzers in the country. In 2020, the brand introduced a hard seltzer variant, which was discontinued in 2022.
