BarrelHouse Brewing Company was founded in 2013 in Paso Robles, California by Jason Carvalho and Kevin Nickell, along with Chris Vaughn. Since then, they have expanded to new facilities in Fresno, Visalia, and San Luis Obispo, and in 2023 purchased a historic airplane hangar in Paso Robles for a new facility.
