Thorn Brewing was founded in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego, California in 2012 by Eric O’Connor, Dennis O’Connor, and Dan Carrico. It was originally known as Thorn Street Brewery. It expanded to a new location in the Barrio Logan neighborhood, and removed the “Street” from its name.
