Berghoff Beer was created in 1989 when Herman Berghoff helped Fred Huber purchased back the Joseph Huber Brewing Company from MTX Inc, to whom he had recently sold the company. In 2006, the Huber Brewing company was sold to Ravinder and Manjit Minhas, who renamed it Minhas Brewery but kept the Berghoff beer. The brand was discontinued in 2018.
