Minneapolis Cider Company was founded in 2015 in Minneapolis, Minnesota by Jason Dayton and David O’Neill. They were originally known as Lionheart Cider, but rebranded in 2017. In 2023, they licensed the Crispin Cider brand from Molson Coors, who had discontinued the product.
