Rockmill Brewery was founded in Lancaster, Ohio in 2010 by Matthew Barbee and his mother Judy Jones Smalley. In 2022, the brewery shut down, and the following year it was purchased by Austin Caulk and Taylor Scribner, who reopened it under the same name.
