603 Brewery was founded in 2012 in Campton, New Hampshire by Geoff Hewes, Dan Leonard, and Tamsin Hewes. At the time, there were only 20 breweries in the state. In 2014 they moved to Londenderry, New Hampshire to a bigger facility, and opened a brewpub up in 2017, followed by a much bigger production facility in 2019.
