Aeronaut Brewing Company was founded in Somerville, Massachusetts in 2014 by Ronn Friedlander, Michael Yim, and Daniel Rassi. In 2024, the company was acquired by Dorchester Brewing Company. Dorchester’s CEO Matt Malloy as CEO of the new combined company, and the Aeronaut’s production facility was planned to be phased out.
