Aslan Brewing was founded in 2014 in Bellingham, Washington by brothers Frank and Boe Trosset and business partner Jack Lamb. In 2016 they became a Certified B Corp, and in 2019 they opened a new location in Seattle. That year the Trossets stepped away from managing the brewery, and were followed by Lamb in 2022, though all three retain their ownership stakes. Layne Carter now acts as Operations Manager.
