Bombshell Hard Cider was created by Three Brothers Vineyards and Estates in Geneva, New York in 2007. The company, owned by husband and wife Dave and Luann Mansfield along with partner Erica Paolicelli, began as three different winery brands sharing an estate but with separate personalities. The cider brand followed soon thereafter, as well as a beer brand called War Horse Brewing Company.
