Canteen Brewhouse was founded in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1994 by Greg Atkin, Rick Post, Thomas White, and Tom Hennessy. It was originally known as Il Vicino Brewery, and sprung out of a pizzeria they owned by the same name. The brewery’s name was changed to Canteen in 2014.
