Cascade Lakes Brewing Company was founded in 1994 in Redmond, Oregon by Steve and Dave Gazeley. In 2000, the brothers sold the company to Rick Orazetti and Doug and Ron Kutella. They held it until 2018, when it was again purchased by Bruce and Andy Rhine. In 2022, they announced that they were transitioning the brewery to a not-for-profit model, the first such brewery in the state of Oregon.
