Evil Twin Brewing was founded in 2010 in Copenhagen, Denmark by Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø. At first, the brand did not have a brewery of their own, instead collaborating with other brewers to produce one-off beers. In 2019, they finally built a brewery of their own in the Ridgewood neighborhood of Queens, New York City.
