Grand Canyon Brewery was founded in 2007 in Williams, Arizona by John Peasley. Peasley had previously started the White Horse Trading Post and Cruisers Route 66 Café in the area, before turning to brewing. The company moved to a larger location just up the road in 2017, as it expanded its distribution throughout Arizona and into Nevada. In 2019 they added a second location in Flagstaff, Arizona, followed by a third in Page, Arizona in 2022 and a fourth in Kingman, Arizona in 2023.
