HOMES Brewery was founded in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2017 by Tommy Kennedy. Its name is derived from the pneumonic acronym for the Great Lakes: Huron, Ontario, Michigan, Erie, Superior. In 2020, they created they Smooj brand for their smoothie hard seltzers.
