Lake Louie Brewing Company was founded in 1999 in Arena, Wisconsin by Tom Porter. In 2019, the company was purchased by Wisconsin Brewing Company, based out of nearby Verona, Wisconsin. However, in 2023 the company decided to focus its efforts on the Lake Louie Brand, and all Wisconsin Brewing beers are now produced under the Lake Louie label.
