Mac & Jack’s Brewing Company is a popular beer brand that was created in 1993 in Redmond, Washington. It was founded by Mac Rankin and Jack Schropp, who combined their names to create the brand. Their flagship beer, African Amber, accounts for nearly 95% of their production, and until 2014 their beer was only available on draft. It is still owned by Rankin and Schroop.
