Nine Pin Cider was founded by Alejandro del Peral in Albany, New York in 2013. del Peral was inspired to start a cidery when he met the founders of Citizen Cider while at a liquor store, and he realized that his hometown of Hudson, New York, with its many apple orchards, would be a perfect place to start a cidery.
