Pressure Drop Brewing Company was founded in Buffalo, New York in 2017 by Karl Kolbe, Lexi Craine, James Kolbe, Matthew Miller, and Gabriel Maloney. In 2023, the owners announced that they were putting the brewery up for sale, although no transfer has yet taken place.
