Quaff On! Brewing Company was founded in 2012 in Nashville, Indiana by Tim O’Bryan, Ed Ryan and Jeff McCabe. The three had previously started Big Woods Brewpub in 2009, and spun off the Quaff On! Brand as the distribution arm of their business when the Big Woods brand began to expand its restaurant portfolio. In 2017, Quaff On! purchased the similarly-named Quaff Bros and began using that brand for its barrel-aged beers. However, the company has since retired the name and has consolidated their beers under the Quaff On! brand.
