Rivertowne Brewing Company was founded in Export, Pennsylvania in 2002 by Christian Fyke. In 2018, the company filed for bankruptcy, and its assets were sold to Arnie Burchianti, who had also recently purchased Helltown Brewing. Both brands now roll up into his holding company, Brewery Acquisition Company LLC.
