Brasserie Dupont was founded in Tourpes, Belgium in 1920 by Louis Deport, when he purchased the Rimaux-Deridder farm brewery for his son. The brewery remains family owned, and is now operated by the children and grandchildren of Louis Deport’s niece, Sylva Rosier.
