Stoneface Brewing Company was founded in 2014 by Peter Beauregard and Erol Moe in Newington, New Hampshire. Their name was inspired by The Old Man of the Mountain, a famous cliff-face in nearby Franconia that Nathanial Hawthorne once described as “Old Stoneface.”
