Taft’s Brewing Company was founded in 2015 in Cincinnati, Ohio by Kevin Moreland, Dave Kassling, and Dave Williams. The three started the brewery as a brewpub, named after Cincinnati native son William Howard Taft. In 2017 they added a production brewery and taproom caled Taft’s Brewporium, which was followed by another Brewporium in Columbus, Ohio in 2019.
