War Horse Brewing Company was founded in 2008 in Geneva, New York by Three Brothers Vineyard and Estates, owned by husband and wife Dave and Luann Mansfield along with partner Erica Paolicelli. The brand was originally called Barley Yards Brewing Company, and was contract brewed in Rochester until 2016.
