Yee-Haw Brewing was founded by Joe Baker in 2015 in Johnson City, Tennessee. Baker had previously founded Ole Smoky Moonshine, and while biking with his child to preschool, he noticed that two train depots were falling into disrepair. Baker purchased the depots, turning one into Tupelo Honey Café, and the other into Yee-Haw. Since then, the company has added locations in Knoxville, Nashville, and Greenville, South Carolina.
