What does BIG DOG’S HOSPITALITY Own?
Big Dog’s Hospitality was founded in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1990 by Tom Weisner. It originally ran the Holy Cow Casino & Brewery beginning in 1993, until the casino shut down in 2003. The brewery was revamped as Big Tom’s Brewery, and moved about 8 miles north. In 2002, Weisner died and the company was taken over by his son, Kurt Weisner.
