What does HALEWOOD ARTISANAL SPIRITS Own?
Halewood Artisanal Spirits was founded as Halewood International in 1978 in the United Kingdom by John Halewood. He had started the company by selling Bulgarian wine from his home, before launching his first spirit, Club Royal Sherry. He slowly added to his portfolio, and in 2007 purchased the brand rights to Crabbie’s from Glenmorangie. Crabbie’s had previously been a ginger wine, but in 2009 was reintroduced as a ginger beer.
