What does KEGSNETWORK Own?
KEGSNetwork traces its routes back to a corporation established in Florida in 1989 known as The Boston & Pacific Company, which began as an acquisition company in the medical industry. In 1992, the company went public. In 2003 it rebranded to Directview and began focusing on video conferencing services. In 2006, the company merged with GS Carbon Corporation, a carbon offset company, after purchasing their outstanding stock. In 2007 the company again rebranded to Seaway Valley Capital Corporation, and again pivoted by purchasing Sackets Harbor Brewing Company the following year. The holding company rebranded to 1812 Brewing Company, Inc in 2016, and since 2023 has done business under the name KEGSNetwork.
