What does MONTAGE PARTNERS Own?
Montage Partners is a private equity company founded in 2004 in Scottsdale Arizona. In 2019, they entered the craft brewing industry, first by purchasing Moab Brewery out of Utah. In 2021, they purchased Heretic Brewing, but kept on the prior owner Jamil Zainasheff. He wrote in a tweet, “The new owners of @HereticBrew have terminated my employment to ‘save money.’ I no longer have any involvement with what they produce or how the business is run.”
