NORTH KOREA

What does NORTH KOREA Own?

North Korea entered the brewing industry with Taedonggang in 2002. The regime purchased the equipment for the brewery from the defunct Ushers of Trowbridge Brewery in Trowbridge, England, for £1.5 million. The beer was briefly exported to South Korea during a period of reduced hostilities between the nations, and can still be found in China in limited quantities today.
