What does RHB ACQUISITION LLC Own?
RHB Acquisition LLC was founded by Glenn Bernabeo and Chris Walsh in 2007. The two had recently sold their private equity firm SSG Capital Advisors, and were looking for “another challenge.” They purchased River Horse Brewing from the founders, brothers Jim, Jack, and Tim Bryan. In 2023, they purchased another brewery, DuClaw Brewing out of Baltimore, Maryland.
