Two Brothers Artisan Brewing was founded in 1996 in Warrenville, Illinois by Jim and Jason Ebel. They later opened a second location in Aurora, Illinois in 2011, followed by a third in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2015. In 2017, Two Brothers purchased Sleepy Dog Brewery in Tempe, Arizona in 2017. The company later shuttered that brand in 2022.
