5 Cities Brewing Company, also stylized 5ive Cities Brewing Company, was founded in Bettendorf, Iowa in 2018 by Mark Roemer and Brian Olsen. In 2025, 5 Cities partnered with Parallel Brewing Collective, a shared services organization that was started the year prior by Singlespeed Brewing and Backpocket Brewing. All breweries, however, remain independently owned and operated.
