Nova Easy Kombucha was first brewed in 2018 in Chula Vista, California by Novo Brazil Brewing, founded by brothers Tiago and Jose Felipe Carneiro. The beverage was quickly spun off as its own brand, and now has a taproom in the Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego.
